Office Renovation & Lab Expansion Works At Sha Tin Racecourse

TCG completed a 14,467 sq.ft. conversion project for a private NGO, transforming an existing office into a state-of-the-art laboratory and departmental workspace at Sha Tin Racecourse. Delivered over 9 months with a contract value exceeding HKD30 million, the works included structural A&A, full fit-out, rooftop upgrades, and AHU installation. The project involved careful demolition, precise coordination, and seamless MEP integration to meet stringent operational and technical requirements.
