Fit Out, A&A Works at Tai Wai Station Comprehensive Development A

TCG was appointed for the fitting-out and A&A works at UOW College Hong Kong’s new campus in Tai Wai, spanning over 143,903 sq.ft. across three podium floors. The project included pre-construction services, full fit-out, and MEP works, designed to BEAM Plus sustainability standards. Delivered within a confidential budget exceeding HKD258 million, the development supports modern tertiary education with state-of-the-art learning environments and future-ready infrastructure.
